PANTRY COLLECTION

Welcome to my pantry!

A little collection of handmade goodies crafted in small batches with seasonal ingredients.

Each jar is made with care, and once it's sold out, you'll have to wait for the next delicious adventure.

Kimchi

A traditional Korean favourite made in small batches with crisp napa cabbage, garlic, ginger, and a beautifully balanced chilli kick. Tangy, crunchy, and packed with flavour.

How to enjoy: Serve as a side dish, add it to fried rice, noodles, toasted sandwiches, burgers, grilled cheese, ramen, eggs or enjoy it straight from the jar.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Kimchi is a living, fermented food, so the flavour will continue to develop over time. Best enjoyed chilled.

4 Citrus marmalade

A bright, zesty marmalade made with a seasonal blend of four citrus fruits for the perfect balance of sweet, tangy and gently bitter flavours. Handmade in small batches to celebrate the best of the season.

How to enjoy: Spread on toast, croissants, scones, swirl into yoghurt, pair with cheese, use as a filling for cakes and make the most delicious tea.

Storage: Refrigerate and enjoy within a few weeks for the best flavour.

Pickled radish

Crisp, refreshing daikon radish pickled in a tangy brine. The perfect balance of crunch and zing, made in small batches for maximum freshness.

How to enjoy: Add to sandwiches, burgers, tacos, rice bowls, sushi, salads or serve alongside rich and spicy dishes for a refreshing crunch. My favourite is Korean BBQ pork belly, pickled radish and ssamjang, wrapped with fresh crisp lettuce.

Storage: Store in the refrigerator and keep submerged in the pickling liquid. Best enjoyed chilled.

Lemon Curd

Silky smooth, rich and bursting with bright citrus flavour. Made from scratch in small batches with fresh lemons for the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

How to enjoy: Spread on toast, scones or croissants, spoon over pancakes, waffles, yoghurt or use as a filling for cakes, tarts, and pastries. Or enjoy it a spoonful at a time straight from the jar.

Storage: Keep refrigerated and enjoy within the recommended use-by date.

Sticky Gochujang Sauce

A bold, sweet, savoury and mildly spicy Korean-inspired sauce with just the right amount of sticky goodness. Handmade in small batches and packed with umami flavour.

How to enjoy: Toss through wings, coat grilled chicken or pork, drizzle over rice bowls, noodles, dumplings or roasted vegetables or use as a dipping sauce.

Storage: Keep refrigerated after opening. Shake or stir before use if needed.
